Refund Policy

We will refund you the full amount on subscription within thirty (30) days on subscriptions, in case you have :

If you email us at billing@igscleaner.com within 30 days of the date of purchase, we will cancel your subscription and refund 100% of the price you paid at the time of purchase.

No refund will be initiated after 30 days but the customer can unsubscribe our services from the next month or year, in that case, no amount would be deducted from customer’s account and your subscription will cancel on the renewal date. However, for this customer need to do an informing mail us at billing@igscleaner.com The refund will be only possible when you made a purchase from the official website of IGS Cleaner and if your request fulfils this refund policy terms and condition. This Refund Policy is not applicable for purchased or order placed from other unauthorized channels or websites.

Generally, Refunds are received within 7 to 9 business days. It may vary depending upon your bank processing times and/or mode of payment. In case there is a delay in receiving the payment of the refunded amount, please feel free to contact the support team of IGS cleaner at support@igscleaner.com

When the refund of a purchased item or service is issued, you will be disabled from the complete functionality of the purchased product.
